It helps decide where in our community homes, shopping facilities and industrial development should be located; where parks and schools should be located; and where other essential services should be provided. Beginning November 1st, the sidewalk along 10th Street in front of the property known as 223 10th Street will be closed to pedestrians due to ongoing construction. Sidewalk access is being rerouted to the north side of 10th Street via crosswalks at 7th Avenue and 9th Avenue.
