Community partners with the Grey Bruce Community Safety and Well-Being Plan invite families to attend the 3rd Annual Children’s Health Day on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Children’s Safety Village outside of Hanover. Join in a fun, engaging event focused on safety, wellness, and community connections.
Children’s Health Day will feature a foam party, exciting Touch-a-Truck experiences, and interactive fire, road, and farm safety demonstrations as well as Chapman’s ice cream for all attendees. The day will highlight the overall health and well-being of children while giving families access to valuable local resources and supports.
Local youth and family mental and physical health providers will be on-site offering information and activities to help families learn more about keeping kids and themselves safe, healthy, and supported.
Children will receive a Passport of Discovery, encouraging them to explore the event and collect stamps from each booth for a chance to win prizes.
This is a free event, open to all youth and families looking to have fun while learning more about how to support the safety and wellness of children in our communities.
The Saugeen Valley Children’s Safety Village is located at 261101 Grey Road 28, south of Hanover.
