Food Truck Pilot Program Application

The Town of Hanover is pleased to invite local food entrepreneurs to participate in our Food Truck Pilot Program, running from August 1 to October 5, 2025. This initiative is designed to support small businesses and enhance the vibrancy of our public spaces by introducing a rotating selection of food trucks in key community locations.

Whether you're an established vendor or just starting out, this program offers a unique opportunity to engage with the community, grow your customer base, and contribute to a lively and diverse local food scene. Approved participants will be granted access to designated public spaces on a scheduled basis, with support from the Town to ensure a smooth and successful experience.

Participants must meet all licensing and health requirements and agree to abide by the program’s operational guidelines. A non-refundable participation fee of $325 is required upon approval. However, if the applicant has already completed a valid fire inspection and can provide documentation, the fee is reduced to $200. This fee covers administrative costs and supports the coordination of scheduling, site management, and compliance monitoring throughout the pilot period.
