Significant Weather Event Declared

In anticipation of forecasted weather, the Town of Hanover has declared a Significant Weather Event (SWE) in accordance with our Municipal Policy.
 

This declaration means that all roadways and sidewalks in Hanover are considered in a state of repair with respect to snow accumulation, and as conditions evolve, it may take longer than usual for our crews to achieve the legislated minimum maintenance standards.
 

Once the Significant Weather Event has ended, the Town will provide an update as soon as practicable after the relevant weather conditions have ceased.
