Beginner Class – every Monday at 9 am
No experience needed. Learn the foundations of Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention at a gentle, welcoming pace.

Continuing Class – every Tuesday at 9 am
For returning participants or those with some Tai Chi experience, this class deepens the practice and builds on the principles learned in the beginner sessions. Delve deeper into the 5 elements and learn powerful qigong movements for peace and healing.
