Landfill Site Information

The Hanover/Walkerton Landfill Site services the Town of Hanover and the Town of Walkerton only.

The joint Landfill Site is managed by the Town of Hanover and Municipality of Brockton representatives. Meetings with the Hanover / Walkerton Waste Management Committee are held throughout the year. Drop-Off Location - Fill an empty grocery or retail bag with plastics and tie tightly. Place filled bags in the yellow bin at the landfill site.

Accepted Items	Only bags identified by #2 HDPE (high density polyethylene) or #4 LDPE (low density polyethylene) are accepted.
