Join CMHA Grey Bruce for the Walk for Courage in Hanover on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Sulphur Spring Conservation Area.
Walk alongside friends, family, and community members to honour those affected by mental health challenges and suicide while raising funds to support local mental health and recovery programs.
Choose a 5 km walk or participate at your own pace.
Registration begins at 9:00 a.m., with the walk starting at 9:30 a.m.
